Fat Heads Brewery & Saloon - North Olmsted, OH

When Fat Heads Brewery replaced the little grocery store many in the city were sad, but curious. What would this brewery be like? How would the food taste? How would the wait times and service be? Dang amazing that’s how the food tasted. You can call and ask what the wait time is. The atmosphere is like you’d find at any other brewery, but there’s an awesome room to see the beer making process right in the lobby. The waiting area is clean and the lights aren’t super bright which is great compared to other places. Gives it a very laid back feel. The booths are nice and the design to the brewery is efficient. Even when it’s crowded it’s easy to get in and out. There’s rarely any crumbs in the booths or on the floor. Condiments are often reasonably full. Customer service is great. The wait staff is friendly and quick. They take care of their tables with amazing work and speedy service. Food and drinks? Phenomenal for the prices. The burgers are never pressed down, thin, or dry. Very aesthetically pleasing upon arrival to the table. They have a selection of Fat Heads specific drinks. Their drink menu also changes with the season such as pumpkin stouts for Fall. Prices are reasonable for howlers and growlers, but I’d definitely recommend the sample sizes because you can get 3 of them without committing to a specific flavor if you’re someone like me who enjoys trying different things. Appetizers are crispy for their frickles (fried pickles) and they use a wonderful seasoning blend in the batter which helps it stick better). FOOD ALLERGIES: They also take allergies seriously. Which is HUGE! I’ve never had to ask to have something taken back for my allergy. Never been challenged or had an issue asking for a request. They are up front and have symbols both on their website and in-house menus signifying gluten free and vegan options. Have even taken someone with Celiac as well, and both of us had a great experience.
