We were in town for a family vacation & my husband had been recommended Fat Ox by a business associate. We called ahead of time to see if they had Gluten Free options for me & they stated that they did & that they could make most menu items Gluten Free. I ordered a truffle pasta (with gluten free pasta) and the short ribs & I can say that I think it was the best meal I’ve ever had. The pasta was amazingly light and still really great for being gluten free & the short ribs were definitely the best meal out of all 4 of us. The short ribs were fall off the fork tender & the sauce was delicious. My only critique would be that they don’t do to-go food because I wanted it so bad the next night & we unfortunately couldn’t get take out. This restaurant will definitely be somewhere we go every time we’re in Scottsdale!
