Fatburger 104th Avenue

I had an excellent experience at Fat Burger! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's gluten-free dietary needs by making a delicious gluten-free burger. Their customer service and attention to dietary needs truly impressed us. We'll definitely be back for more tasty burgers and exceptional service!

This location has much to be desired - the music was loud enough that we had trouble ordering, while our order was taken correctly my gluten allergy Burger was given to me with a bond instead of lettuce wrapped they switched the kind of cheese that should have been on it and my partner's Berger was not assembled well. Our fries were cold-actually cold- less than 5 minutes after getting the order (we drove home), and the service took more than 15 minutes, with only one person ahead of us. Gotta say, I won't be back. Other fatburger locations will still have my business as the products are good and typically reliable, but this location will not. Edit to add: it was also 24°+ outside and it was cooler outside than in the restaurant while we were waiting. That was a shock.
