My husband's business is part of the BPA and he attended an event at Fava a few months ago and had a great experience.
I attended a baby shower this past weekend that was hosted at Fava. We were greeted by Eli upon arrival who was super friendly, attentive and helpful as we were bringing gifts in. The entire staff from bar to servers were the most attentive and polite group I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Eli went above and beyond during our pasta course when I let him know I had a gluten allergy and to just skip me. He immediately had the kitchen prepared gluten free pasta so I could also enjoy the meal. He then went a step above and unprompted had the kitchen prepared a gluten free dessert as well. All of the food was delicious with perfect portions.
Coming from the wife of a chef, this place is truly a gem with exceptional food, staff, and ambiance. Eli is a great example of what a FOH leader should be.
