Updated based on feedback from owner...Visited the restaurant on a Saturday. It was a great experience. The owner really cares about the place. Food is constantly refreshed and counters/floors cleaned. They have a Mongolian Grill with steak, shrimp, chicken, sausage, immation crab, scallops, and tofu as the protein offerings. Lots of vegetables but didn't see zoodles. Lots of noodles, some are gluten free but didn't see any gluten free sauces. Buffet style had the expected Chinese food. Beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, pepper chicken, garlic chicken, Mongolian beef, beef and mushrooms. Cooked shrimp and salmon were also available. The salmon was popular so it was difficult to get but I enjoyed waiting while I tried all of the other delicious dishes. Hot and sour and egg drop soups were great. They have really good sushi. There is a salad bar with standard fare. Fresh food and some fruit salads were also available. For dessert, they have soft serve icecream, toppings, carmel, chocolate, cookies, chocolate brownies/cake, and carrot cake. The cookies were a little stale but both of cakes were moist and fantastic. Loved the carrot cake especially. As an all you can eat Chinese buffet, this place checks all of the boxes and then some. Staff is attentive and clears plates fast. Tables are clean. Loved the experience, will be back. COVID rules require a mask and I was glad to see they were enforcing the rules. If you are gluten free, here are your options: salad bar (it's quite extensive), fish/shrimp, sushi, ice-cream, pudding, fruit, egg drop soup, and most importantly the Mongolian Grill. They indicated they have gf soy sauce. They might be able to clean the grill, if you ask so you do not get cross contaminated?
