I used to love this restaurant, but my recent visit left me disappointed and concerned. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, I was encouraged by their menu, which clearly labels gluten-free options and includes a disclaimer: “Please inform us of any allergies. Our food is prepared in a common kitchen. While we take all appropriate steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee this.” Unfortunately, my experience revealed a very different reality. When I asked about cross-contamination precautions, the server informed me that the gluten-free pasta is boiled in the same water as the regular pasta, and that they won’t boil a separate pot. The gluten-free pizza is cooked on a mesh screen in the same oven as regular pizzas, with no barriers to prevent contact with flour or crumbs. These practices aren’t just risky—they’re blatantly unsafe for anyone with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance. Labeling items as gluten-free while refusing to take basic precautions misleads diners and potentially puts their health at risk. If a kitchen truly takes “all appropriate steps,” that would include separate cooking methods or even a good-faith effort to reduce exposure. Sadly, that’s not the case here. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s dangerous, and I hope they reconsider their approach to allergens and dietary needs.

All around great dining experience!!! Upon arrival ,the hostess Chloe was so friendly and polite. She found us the best seat and immediately alerted the server, Janine of our presence. Janine was great, offered ideas for food choices, made sure we knew the gluten free options on the menu and checked in on us several times during our meal. Lastly, the manger Jared was awesome, stopped by to see how we liked our meal and had a great conversation. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you, Chloe, Janine and Jared!
