Fabulous food. I had Mediterranean breakfast, my husband had eggs Benedict and pancakes. We enjoyed them very much including the coffee. Good gluten free bread and good non dairy milk options. Really lovely friendly and enthusiastic staff. Dealt with the coronavirus issue really well, I'm glad you are not insisting on booking ahead.

The food was great as usual, the chorizo burger is incredible and the goats cheese was lovely. It's been one of our favourite places to eat at since it opened. However, even though we asked specifically for gluten free (friendly) food, we received our food with normal bread. After asking the waitress if she was sure it was gluten free, she replied yes (in a very uncertain tone) but then decided to go and check after explaining my girlfriend has celiac's disease. It turned out it wasn't even though she had said yes... Once we asked about the other dish if that was gluten free, she replied 'yes, don't you remember I told you?'
