This place is an anomaly. Amazing vibe, amazing food, great prices, and gluten free options. How there is only one of these is beyond me!

FelFel is a modern fast-casual mediterranean restaurant off of Quincy, near Microcenter. You order foods on tablets in the restaurant or order ahead. There is a separate order pickup desk for takeout. The food itself is modern/Americanized but still tasty. The chicken shawarma isn't really a shawarma as the chicken seems to be fried on a griddle and not an actual shawarma grill. Certain gluten-free options are available.

Food is always great, but I wish they had a 10 star for service. My company was hosting an event recently and we inadvertently entered the wrong date for delivery. When we finally discovered FelFel was not late delivering, but we had made a terrible error in dates, the restaurant manager immediately kicked into overdrive and delivered the food we had ordered for the next day, just about 30 minutes later than we had expected for the date we had requested. Another restaurant would have just washed their hands of it. In addition, we have several people with gluten-free requirements. We figured that they had many option for food, but FelFel included gluten-free pita, without asking. What a great touch! I highly recommend!
