I have celiac disease, and my experiences have not been good. I went to the Jaragua do Sul location a while ago, and the pizzas took a long time to be served and when they arrived, they were cold. After that, on my birthday, I invited my family to go to the all-you-can-eat restaurant that was held here in my city in Joinville, and again our experience was bad. The pizzas took a long time to be served and were cold. And about 2 weeks ago, I insisted on going to the all-you-can-eat restaurant that opened here in Joinville again. The pizzas took about 15 minutes to be served, they arrived cold and I noticed that they were reheated, not fresh. The pizzas on the menu didn't even come in all flavors, and at the end they asked if there was any flavor we would like to try. The place is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere, but the service and all-you-can-eat menu leave something to be desired.

I recently had two negative experiences at this pizzeria, which was quite frustrating considering that they advertise themselves as an "inclusive" kitchen, specializing in lactose-free and gluten-free products. I am lactose intolerant and, the last two times I went there, I encountered the same situation: they said that the lactose-free cheese had run out due to high demand in the all-you-can-eat menu. The first time, I went with my family and had to just watch while everyone ate a delicious pizza. Even so, I decided to give it a second chance and returned with five members of my family. To my disappointment, there was once again no lactose-free cheese available. This led us to get up and leave without eating anything. The pizza appeared to be of excellent quality, but unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to try it due to the lack of the product they advertise to offer. This situation shows a lack of planning and commitment to customers who need special options. I left very dissatisfied and I do not know if I will return to the place. I hope they review their logistics to better serve customers with dietary restrictions.

Wonderful! A place where I can eat gluten-free pizza. Gluten-free draft beer 🍺!
