I always get a bit of fear that these places will be style over substance, but it wasn’t at all. I was definitely full by the end. There were lots of fancy mid courses between the courses we ordered which were incredible flavour combinations, and they had GLUTEN FREE bread and managed to make our meals gluten free and dairy free. They made the most amazing chocolate desert gf and df as my dad rang ahead to say it was our 30th birthday and we would want something chocolaty but gf and df. It was like posh aero and basically the best thing I’ve ever eaten. The only thing is I think places should always have a delicious gf option other than boring fruit because that always makes me angry, like the opposite of gluten isn’t fruit, you can still make amazing indulgent puddings with rice flour or coconut flour and many other restaurants do that.
