Fenton Hotel Tavern & Grille

We did a birthday dinner here, and it was awesome! We had the Thai calamari and the baked Escargot for our apps. I loved the calamari! It was my first time trying the Escargot, and while it tasted good, that texture is not for me. But others at the table enjoyed it. Two of our people got the frog legs and loved them. Someone ordered the lobster mac and cheese and said it was amazing! Someone ordered the all you can eat perch and said it was really good and got 3 servings of perch! I ordered the Guinness beef stew, which was dairy and gluten-free. I loved it so much! It was so flavorful! Our waiter Jacob was awesome! Overall, it was a great experience! Will definitely be back!

The flank steak for the birthday girl was cut incorrectly and almost inedible. The medium prime rib had a giant fat cap that never saw a flame. Green beans were meh. Potatoes and pasta dishes ordered were good. The service was not great. There were not many vegan/ gluten free options. A steak with green beans was about it unless you want a salad. It's about 30$ a person just for an entree and at least half of our party would not return. It's clean, bathrooms are nice. They have a nice seafood selection but none of it was gluten free.
