Hubby was looking for a new place...saw there were gluten-free options, and they now serve mixed drinks, so we decided to visit.
We sat outside. We had a few things we weren't fond of.
We had to go up to a window to order our food and drinks. We found a table and realized we had to go get our own napkins and silverware, and we had to get our own waters from a clear water dispenser. (We went up and down between the two of us, 7 times)
They brought out our charcuterie board. We ordered gluten-free crackers, and extra cheese & meat. Sadly, we didn't feel it was worth the $35 we were charged. We had a nice variety of cheese, but the meat was disappointing. They gave us small pieces of two kinds of meat. Maybe 8 pieces of meat from each kind. We ran out of meat way before the cheese. 4 little baby carrots and 6-8 small red grapes. Was sad spending $35...for that price I expected a bigger variety of goodies, especially meat...maybe bigger pieces??
We also got a gluten-free pizza, and that was yummy!
The beer and martinis were good.
Sadly going up each time to order more drinks (beer & martinis) getting more water (I refilled my cup 3 times) and not having anyone check on you...when our bill was $118, was extremely disappointing and hard to spend.
Having our bill that high while we served ourselves and not having anyone check on us, making sure we were happy with food or drink was hard and disappointing.
Now the lady who brought us our food and who we ordered from...was kind and so was the rest of the staff.
Not sure if we'll be back...we were hoping for a new go-to for our weekly dates, but....
