Ferrante Winery & Ristorante

This place was supposed to be spectacular....all a let down. Sat right next to the kitchen, literally almost had food spilled on us as servers rush out. When we finally got the food none of it was decent minus the bruschetta. That was the only decent thing. A member of the party has sever celiac and confirmed with the waiter the allergy... They did receive gluten free pasta that was not cooked fully. The pasta was rock hard. Another member of the party also has allergies, she asked the server what the seasoning on her shrimp was and according to the waiter safe ...it definitely was not. We are dealing with an allergic reaction. The waiter never asked how we were doing or checked on us through the meal. The food runner would have been a much better server as they were great when they dropped our food off. One person picked up the tab and wanted their military id applied, the server only did it on the one meal not the whole tab even though they were the one paying. The server then followed us out of the restaurant because he didn't like no tip... And a tip is not required, and he would have received one if the service was up to par.

Food definitely not what you would think ordered a steak it had absolutely no flavor..shrimp had a seasoning that I was allergic to. We had dirty silverware.. The rest of the party I was with ordered pasta and they didn't even finish it. one of them had gluten free and it was rock hard. The Wine taste like watered down cold medication. And service well definitely not what if should have been rude and unattended....they never check on us.. had to ask for refills on water 2x. server didn't bring to managers attention that we where not happy. But was fast to bring out the check.
