Wow this was an incredible meal. Every element of every dish was delicious and optimized. Walnuts perfectly lightly toasted. Fruit perfect ripeness. Ham subtle and perfectly tender, perfect saltiness (low). Gluten free bread incredibly light and perfectly toasted. Squid tender but flavorful. The list goes on.
80% of the menu is gluten free. They spoke great English. Food was fresh, local, perfectly prepared, and creative.
