They victim blamed a customer after they admitted to being in the wrong and ignoring her request for gluten free food (which they claim to have).. spoke to the customer very rude saying "its not my fault that YOU".. very unprofessional..

Went here for a friends birthday, they’ve been before and loved the food. The food was good and our waiter was as well. However, after asking numerous times about gluten free one of the people we were with, who has a severe gluten allergy, ordered the risotto which is gluten free. The risotto came with multiple pieces of spaghetti which is clearly not gluten free. While the waiter was very nice the “Big Ang” lady in the front was hands down the worst example of customer service I’ve ever seen. Insisted that they were already making a new one and if we didn’t want to eat it they would box it up as their policy is to not refund for food. She further insisted it was our fault because we said we were gluten free but didn’t tell them we had an allergy. Apparently she is the owners wife too and finally after being combative and berating us as well as yelling at the waiter, she finally removed the risotto from our check. Food was good but not worth the terrible customer service.
