A very nice little place on the main street of Vulcano, it stands out for its rich offer of cunzato bread and other meat specialities. It made me happy because it allowed me to taste the gluten-free version of pane cunzato and the caponata/peperonata with gluten-free bread. The entire menu can be requested with gluten-free bread and lactose-free mozzarella. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful, really tasty. The prices are in line with the tourist area although unfortunately for gluten-free there is a surcharge on each dish ordered (+€4), a little high but we are still on an island where supplies can be more difficult. Kind and attentive service, especially available to manage food intolerances. They also do takeaway.

A real favorite in the middle of our road trip to Sicily! We had been promised incredible gastronomy in Sicily, but as a celiac person, even if restaurants are generally more aware than in France, we were quite disappointed from the start of our stay... until our stop on the island of Vulcano. What a nice surprise! Here, we found not only delicious, homemade cuisine, with fresh products, but also a welcome of rare kindness. The lady in the dining room and the gentleman in the kitchen are adorable: we feel that they do their job with passion and with the heart. For all celiac people who, like me, want to treat themselves stress-free with a truly good meal, this is the address not to be missed. And for all travelers, gluten-free or not, it is quite simply a beautiful restaurant, in a warm place, which deserves to be known. Thank you for this moment!

Obligatory to go to the islands and eat cunzato bread. They also make the gluten-free version at the prickly pear, which is very good. The owner is very kind
