Fieldings

I have a few food allergies including gluten. I was very impressed with the chef coming to visit with me and make suggestions. My food also came our first and was the best meal we have had on vacation! Thank you so much.

In my experience, several upscale dining experiences in Bozeman tend to miss the mark when it comes to delivery and flavor; Fieldings is not one of those places. They're not over-advertising or trying too hard or trying to be "The Spot". Honestly, it was relatively quiet in restaurant, which we really enjoyed. If you're looking to enjoy a meal with quality ingredients AND such great flavor that it punches you in the mouth with the first bite of salad - eat here. To be told that the chef would be happy to accomodate my dietary restrictions (gluten) for anything on the menu is such a breath of fresh air. The service was charming and intelligent and the food was delicious. We had a bit of an issue with how loud one of the tables was but the service team anticipated the issue before we had to say anything so even if inconvenienced, I still felt cared for. Not to use a buzz word, but it genuinely felt like the definition of quiet luxury. Keep up the good work, Fieldings, I'll definitely be coming back.
