Have eaten here several times and it's consistently good - great food and margaritas! Recently, my son was diagnosed with celiac disease so dining out has been a huge challenge. We saw that Fiesta offered a gluten sensitive menu so we gave it a chance. My son ordered the suizas enchiladas and they were delicious!! Unfortunately, the tortilla chips they make in house are not gluten free but shortly after I asked about them, the waiter brought over a bag of Tostitos (which are GF) just for my son. It allowed him to enjoy the salsa with the rest of us. To see him have a "normal" dining out experience again made me so happy. We will definitely be back!
