In comes Find Your Fit to save the day! I cried shameless happy tears when my husband surprised me with this gorgeous, rich, fluffy, creamy triple layer chocolate delight that was gluten free, dairy free, low sugar, and low FODMAP. I can't express how much I miss feeling like a normal person around food. Nichole has created not just a birthday cake, plus countless cookies, donuts, and muffins over the past few months. She has given me feelings of normalcy and joy again. I can't put a price on that. You'll never miss the gluten or the sugar. If you can believe it, this cake tasted even better than it looked. To most people, a birthday cake is no big deal and they only have to think about what flavor they prefer. For me, I have to eat gluten free, dairy free, and low FODMAP. At every single restaurant or bakery, even the specialty health food grocery stores in town, I am constantly disappointed because I have to pick between what will fit my dietary restrictions or pick what tastes good or pick what is healthy. Very rarely do I find all of them. Even for those who aren't gluten free, these desserts will fill your stomach and your soul with warm, happy flavors. I don't know what we all did in Saint George to deserve Nichole and her crew, but every chance I get, I am making my way to the Saturday morning Farmer's Market in order to score my little pieces of happiness. I've tried fancy bakeries everywhere from Los Angles, California, all the way to Athens, Greece, searching for treats that won't hurt me. No one compares to Find Your Fit. I just received a box of 6 gf treats and immediately tried one. The coconut donut was light and fluffy and delicious! My husband, who can eat gluten, said it’s “the best thing he’s ever put in his mouth!” And they hand deliver it to Hurricane!

If you’re like me and haven’t gone your whole life eating gluten free you know how hard it is to find good desserts. Not only is the texture parallel if not better than regular dough sweets (like donuts) but even taste better. My favorite being the coconut donut. This is your one stop shop for any dessert you might want. AND they are keto! This bakery couldn’t be any better.
