Great quality products, and good variety of tasty gluten free items, also their online customer service is fantastic. I recently had an item missing from my online order, and it was easy to speak to someone on the phone about it, who not only arranged for a replacement to be sent out, they also included an extra gift, and a hand written note, as an apology. In these times where it's almost impossible to access humans re customer service, I really felt valued as a customer, and as a human being, so thanks M, and I will be ordering again!
