Hats off to Chef Chad. My grandson is Celiac and becomes very ill if gluten is in his food either directly or through cross contamination. We spoke with Chef Chad who was very knowledgeable. He took the time to speak to my 9 year old grandson and prepared and personally delivered his safe meal. He made him feel special which was much appreciated. We were at Universal for 3 days and had lunch at Finnigans twice. We are Canadian and will spread the word on how amazing our experience was at Finnigans.

We have been here many times. It’s always a great place to regroup. There’s often live music and it generally has a great atmosphere. The servers are very knowledgeable if you have a gluten allergy. Food ranges from pretty good to great. However, do NOT order the Guinness beef stew. It is tasty but they give you the most ridiculously small portion for an entree price. It’s $21 and my husband was literally finished in 6 bites. My daughter also got it was still hungry afterword. Everyone (9 in total of us) ended up passing them anything we didn’t eat because they were both so unsatisfied.
