Today was my first visit to Fiore. I like supporting local business when I can—but it’s sometimes challenging with my numerous allergies and intolerances. I was pleased to learn Fiore offers gluten free bread for their sammies. I gotta lovely slice of focaccia for my wife and a tasty gluten free breakfast sammie for me. Hana was really friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. She even offered me a sample of her freshly-made sweet cream gelato! YUMMO! I didn’t notice any gluten free baked goodies, but I fully plan on finding out! For anyone interested, Fiore also offers almond and oat alternatives to milk.
