Fiorella's Trattoria

I am so thankful to Charles at the Belmont location of Fiorella's. When GrubHub didn't deliver my order, he expedited my delivery for a work party. There were several people with dietary restrictions (vegetarian and gluten-free). Everyone raved about the delicious food, and Charles saved the day for a work baby shower! I was told the gluten-free pizza was amazing (I ate their regular, delicious pizza!)! I have been a Fiorella's customer for many years and the food and service is always outstanding. Thank you for consistent, fabulous food and service!

I am so mad right now. We ordered through Uber eats (knowing that I could get food gluten free) I got chicken parm. Last time I got it the chicken was not breaded and today it came separate from my pasta covered in breading. When I called the restaurant the first thing they say on their message is touting their gluten free menu. When the girl answered she told me there was no way to contact a customer through Uber eats that they can’t make chicken gluten free. (when I have been contacted by a few restaurants about orders in the past). NOR DID THEY EVEN MARK THE CHICKEN THAT IT CONTAINED GLUTEN I am gluten intolerant and as someone who will get seriously sick from it, don’t advertise an item as gluten free and make the customer feel like they are at fault for ordering something you offer.
