Service and ambience was nice and food was all tasty. The cooking of the steak and portioning of different items left quite a bit to be desired. Chopped salad was great and good portion, Caesar salad was good but extremely small (1/4 size of chopped). Octopus carpaccio was awesome. Filet mignon was a bit tough and cooked medium well instead of medium. Dry aged rib-eye was cooked medium well to well instead of medium rare. They offered me gluten free bread and I was given 2 pieces of previously frozen toast, which was laughable. Mushrooms were great, charred broccoli had way too much fish sauce, mashed potatoes serving was pathetically small. Cheesecake and lemon meringue were very good, chocolate cake was decent, tiramisu should be skipped. Wine list is almost all Italian with some California. Large list without a wide variety. Overall, the portions and execution of the food are not worth the price. No one in our party of 6 was thrilled with dinner

Chicago boasts an incredible culinary scene, making it easy to find fantastic dining experiences. However, this restaurant truly stands out and warrants repeat visits. The service was impeccable, with a special thanks to Nicci for her exceptional attentiveness. The food was exquisite, and a particular highlight was their gluten-free pasta – arguably the best we've encountered in the city. While not your typical steakhouse fare, this dish alone is reason enough to return.
