The best pasta in Houston, without a doubt. The appetizers, salads and desserts are also delicious, but the pasta is the real star of the show. Every time I go, I have a hard time deciding which one to order because they’re all so tempting. What makes it even better is that they offer gluten-free pasta, and there’s no risk of cross-contamination. The staff is well-informed about which dishes are gluten-free and provides excellent recommendations. The restaurant’s decor is charming, and it’s a small, cozy place with great service. Definitely a spot I’d recommend!

I had the misfortune of choosing Fiori for my birthday dinner, and it was a complete letdown. From start to finish, the experience was plagued with issues: 1. The bartender couldn't even make a basic Hugo spritz. Not a great start. 2. Our waitress forgot to put in our food order, resulting in a 2-hour wait for lukewarm appetizers. 3. One of my friends ordered a gluten-free Cacio e Pepe pasta, but received pesto instead. When confronted, the waitress tried to gaslight her, insisting she had ordered pesto. Poor service and bad attitude. 4. The food, when it finally arrived, was mediocre at best. The waitstaff seemed confused and forgetful throughout the entire meal. 5. To cap off this disaster, they mischarged us on the bill, including the appetizers they had promised to comp due to the long wait. Save your money and time - you'd have a better Italian experience at Olive Garden.
