N
I ordered the vampiro, Birria nachos and consommé. The server recommended the consommé and vampiro and I am very happy I decided to order it. The vampiro isn’t hot! All the sauce is on the side. It has a cheesy layer between the tortilla and has birria, cilantro, pico de gayo with cilantro. The side of green and red sauce is very spicy. The nachos have melted queso with birria, pinto beans, and cilantro/pico. The consommé is so delicious: it’s savory and tastes rich like bone broth with shredded meat, perfect to dip the vampiro in it. Also, the server mentioned the owners have celiac and have made the tortillas/chips celiac friendly (except the flour tortilla burritos/quesadillas). I will be coming back!
