Went to Fire Bowl for lunch today. They have several gluten free options clearly marked on their menu which is super helpful for people with gluten sensitivities. Been here before. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that Fire Bowl used to provide a lot more veggies in their bowls back in the day. Of course, since food prices have gone up, they are not the only restaurant doing this, but it still sucks for long-time regulars. The restaurant is always clean, and the atmosphere is simple but chill—think corporate meets Zen. I'm actually taking the time to write the review today because one of their staff who took our order, Devon, gave us some of the best customer service that I've had in a restaurant food industry in a long time. Devon was friendly and courteous in a completely genuine sort of way, and when I had a question about the menu, he was prompt and thorough in finding the answers we needed. Later, when I returned to the counter to ask for some condiments, he was once again prov assistance with a huge smile. So, thanks, Devon! It was a much nicer lunch because you cared enough to provide exemplary customer service. Your attitude is an asset to your team. Stay awesome!
