Fire by Forge catered our wedding reception for 80 people some weeks ago at the Farm at Carter Hill. From beginning to end, everyone we dealt with there was personable, efficient, accommodating, and very professional. They offered a large selection, including vegan and gluten free options to accommodate all of our friends. We chose the Pork Tenderloin, Salmon, and Vegetable Ravioli dishes and received many rave reviews from our friends for each. They even provided both chocolate chip cookies and gluten free brownies. We chose square disposable wooden plates for our even –an eco option that was well received by our guests. At the reception, they set up in the very limited space we had for them, with no drama. They also set up the tables with a variety of delicious fresh bread, butter crocks, glass salt and pepper shakers, water carafes, and glasses. At the last minute, right before serving, we needed to add another table –they worked with the Farm to make it happen immediately and quietly. Their take down and clean up was quick and flawless. At first, it didn't feel like a kid friendly atmosphere, but everyone who works here was very nice to my 2 year old. He likes it here. And the food here is GOOD! I will try coffee here soon!! Chicken and waffles for me and breakfast sandwich on a gluten-free dinner roll for him.
