The only Chinese restaurant in the DMV and Baltimore areas that understands what Gluten really is. If you have gluten sensitivity and love Americanized Chinese food, definitely worth the trip even if you have to drive up from NoVA. They're not going to be absolutely perfect for those suffering from celiac, but for a place as small as this trying so hard to accommodate those with gluten sensitivity with so many choices is worthy of as many stars as anyone could give them.
