Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My toddler has quite a few allergies. When we alerted our server, he got the GM, Stacy. She came straight to me, introduced herself and explained that quite a few things had what he was allergic to in them (dairy, egg whites, soy, wheat/gluten, alpha-gal). She let me know what they had that would work. I asked if they had a white fish (my little one loves white fish). She said yes! She asked what they could cook it in for him. She gave it to the kitchen. They bent over backwards to make sure he had something he could eat. It truly came from a place of concern and I will forever be grateful!
