Made a reservation well in advance we showed up just at time of our reservation still had to wait 20 minutes for a seat… once we were seated, it still took a while for our waiter to even realize we existed. Once he did he came over took our drink order left before we could order our food which we were already ready to order by that time. He brought us our drinks and then immediately ran off without even asking if we were ready to order then five minutes later, he comes back and ask us if we’re ready to order we finally order and everything seemed fine. I get my salad, but my fiancé did not get his for another 15 minutes to 20 minutes later after I had long completed my salad. I had to flag the waiter down after waiting and waiting and waiting to see if he would do something or at least come check on us. He did not. Finally, when I got his attention, I let him know, he forgot the salad. He then brings him a salad, but we had asked for no croutons because my fiancé has a gluten allergy and he brought us one covered in croutons. at that point, my fiancé then took the chance of eating it anyway, and picking around the croutons because he also has hypoglycemia and had been waiting for so long our food arrived. Everything was fine. He brought us our check before we even got our dessert which we had already ordered. I reminded him of that he then brought me my cheesecake, but not my fiancé. I checked on the check and he had double charged us for every single item we had ordered. I sent the check back and also asked for my fiancés cheesecake which he only then finally got. At that point our date night was ruined and we just wanted to leave so he ate a couple bites of it and then we left. Unsatisfied and frankly upset. Fair to say this was not a good first experience and most likely not the first place we’re going to choose next time we decide to go out.
