Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I have been here before maybe a couple of years ago and remembered the food being good. So I recommended my daughter that turned 16 to go with her friends, myself and additional family. I’m not sure what happened but it was not a recommendation I would give again. I asked for a well done steak but not burned. Guess what it came burned and I couldn’t even cut through it. I was very surprised. I had to send that back and I never send meals back I was shocked so then I ordered a shrimp pasta and no matter how you try to season it absolutely bland no taste just wasn’t worth paying for😔. Yep sent it back again. 2 others in our party also sent the pasta back. 🥴Then the waitress had additional charges on the adults bills it was a rough night. So I hope no one gets this kind of experience maybe it will get better. Also more gluten items would be helpful also Firebirds.

My family has gluten, dairy, and egg allergies. The waitress was super pleasant, very knowledgeable and helpful. They had absolutely NO issues working around our allergies. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially for those with allergies! No sacrifice on flavor even with allergy accommodations.
