Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Depends on when you go. Lunch time when it’s not too crowded- I highly recommend it! We got the garlic sirloin steak and the ribs with charred carrots and loaded potato- delicious! When it’s crowded at prime dinner time it can be pretty loud. Twice we have gone at a busy time with a group reservation and had a bad experience. We didn’t get our order taken for an hour and another hour later food arrived with several mistakes to the orders. Balsamic chicken was too strong with the vinegar in my opinion. Salmon had a weird texture. Veggies and baked potato were yummy and everyone raved about their appetizers (especially cheesesteak eggrolls) they got. The menu does specify what items are gluten free which was helpful.

Tried for the first time recently. While the atmosphere is great, I was terribly disappointed in the menu. Like so many places in this area, they do not offer a gluten free bun/bread option, which eliminates half the menu. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for restaurants around here to have gf buns.
