Fired Pizza Company

I review lots of restaurants and almost always give a fantastic review. We arrived at 2 pm with no other customers in the place. We paid over $62 for 2 pizza and a lemon drink. The diablo crust was delicious the topping were sparce. My wife ordered a margarita which was on a gluten free base and was just tomato sauce and cheese.. no actual tomatoes. I must say we will never ever go back. Our friends who live in Matakana said yea locals never go there. Obviously their opinion. Sorry but disappointed. 😥 REPLY TO OWNERS REPLY Dear Rob, After reading your reply several times I must say I'm shocked... No discussed!! I started my carrier in hospitality going on to run 5 resteraunts with over $10 million in turn over annually. Today I own a business which turns over more than a million dollars a month distributing anti-aging products. Here's what I learned while running businesses. The first rule of customer service is the customer is always right. The second rule is, if in doubt review rule one. I suggest that rather than dismissing honest feedback that you go buy 20 pizzas from competing establishments and then compare them to your own product. If you want a thriving establishment where people come back often and where word of mouth has customers cueing to out your door then this is my free advise. All you had to do in your reply was humble your ego and say something like. Jeff, I want to thank you for your honest feedback. We pride ourselves on delivering an amazing experience with everyone who walks in our door. We would love to see you return and absolutely surprise and delight you with exceptional service and the best pizza in the land. Again our apologies.
