Love Fireflour. Tonight was my first visit since having to go gluten free. My first couple trips when I was still eating gluten were great, so I had high hopes for their gluten free crust.
I’ll start by saying that finding a place that makes Neapolitan pizza and offers a gluten free crust is rare for Fireflour to offer a 12 inch is awesome. The crust has that Smokey char and thin texture, it’s awesome. The sauce and cheese are both a knockout. Even a basic like a Daisy is full of flavor. Got some tasty gelato on the way out.
The restaurant itself does an awesome job of walking the thin line between hipster / pretentious and just a nice dine out spot. The staff were all attentive and awesome. Speed of service was very fast.
Fireflour is an awesome spot for some yummy quick fancy pizza pies.
