General: the food was delicious; staff was very kind and friendly; service was fast; price was average for BBQ food.
For others with food allergies (writing this review as a very sensitive celiac): when we got to the counter, I asked them to change their gloves to prevent gluten cross-contact. They automatically let the rest of the staff at the counter know, and everyone changed gloves. The person handling meat got a fresh cutting board and knife and pulled a new cut of brisket that hadn't been handled at all. They helped let us know which sides were celiac safe or not and offered their specific gluten free BBQ sauce.
It's a small place, so seating inside is limited, and they did have a sign stating they close when they run out of meat, so I'd probably suggest going earlier in the day?
We'll definitely return on our next trip to Yellowstone.
