We had the best experience at Fire House Subs on Washtenaw Ave in Ann Arbor. My son has celiacs and the owner and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our allergy. They have a dedicated space where gluten-free sandwiches are made as well as all separate condiments. They were so friendly and understanding. We will definitely be back! We appreciate them!

Staff is incredibly friendly and nice! They were very accommodating of gluten allergies. This place is safe even for the more extreme celiacs!
