Wow, so disappointed. Came here for the gazillionth time expecting the same great service we always get... Well, it didn't happen, my wife has a gluten intolerance so we ALWAYS order the gluten free bun which is an additional $1.50 which is fine. So we go ahead and place the order and when we look at the card machine it was charging for the bun twice, once added to the sandwich and then an additional $1.50 on a different line. We told the cashier and she didn't know what to do, she called the manager and he didn't explain anything, turned his back on us while he was talking, didn't remove the charge and we ended paying double for the bun. Trust me, it's not the $1.50, it's the fact that they didn't know how to fix it, didn't even try, they were bothered by the fact that we brought it up and didn't even apologize for the mistake. I would give them zero stars for this visit if I could. Total disappointment!
