So sad to leave a negative review. I noticed a huge decrease in quality since my last visit 5 years ago. Green peppers and cucumber were MINCED. I just don’t understand why cut something into the most inefficient way to go on a SUB. Then a $3 upcharge for a gluten free roll, but I’m 98% sure they gave me a regular wheat bun as I am in agony. Atmosphere has changed and they did away with the hot sauce bar. Plenty of great restaurants continue to have hot sauce bars post-Covid. If they could fix these issues, I might come back, but at this point having received something I’m allergic to it will be another 5 years till I try again… if ever. I guess eat here if you are in the mood for mediocre sub and don’t have severe gluten allergies.
