If you order the gluten free roll they will ask allergy or preference due to them having a separate area to make the gluten free sandwich.

This was my first time at any Firehouse and had the pizza meatball. I am gluten intolerant and was ecstatic when there was a gluten free bread option. The cashier was even nice enough to remind me that the meatballs have gluten to bind them. The sandwich was delicious! (Especially the bread). The pickles were so awesome I got some to go! If you love a great sandwich,this is the place to go!😋
