Firehouse Subs Clinton Hwy

I have a gluten allergy, if my food is cross contaminated at all I can get sick. I went into the Clinton Hwy location to order a gluten free sandwich and requested that they use clean gloves and a clean surface to make it. They were rude and said they'd have just one person make it but it was guaranteed to be cross contaminated. I do understand that they state on their menu that there is a risk, as any restaurant does to avoid legal issues. However both the Sevier co and Morristown locations are able to accommodate my request with no problem and I have not gotten sick from them. I left the Clinton Hwy location with no food at all. For anyone thinking I should just eat at home or somewhere else, I was an hour away from home and hadn't eaten all day because I did not have access to gluten free food.
