Firehouse Subs Colonial Heights

First time getting subs from here. We walked in only ones there no one said hello or can we help you. I ordered a gluten free and hubby ordered a regular.. I noticed they were making them hot. I advised I thought were cold I was rudley advised I needed to order it that way and she walked away. I told them first time there didn't know that. Oh well is what i get!!! Asked for a military discount Said they don't have that. Will never again eat at firehouse subs again. So rude.. not once did. Anyone say hi or even good bye have a nice day nothing!!!!!! Subs were ok..

Awesome food , gluten free bread available!!! Laidback nice people , the general manager is amazing , if you ever have any concerns he will take care of you . Awesome work , no longer going to jersey mikes
