Firehouse Subs Douglasville

Having Crohns disease, and very sensitive gluten intolerant firehouse went above and beyond. They have gluten free bread, cashier asked if i had a gluten allergy, they changed gloves to avoid cross contamination. I haven't been able to have a sandwich in over 2 years, but firehouse made it happen. I will be going back every chance i get. Thank you firehouse for making sure every one can enjoy your subs.

The food at this location is always very good. I was waiting for my car to be finished at Firestone so I walked down to grab something. They are accommodating to gluten free customers unlike subway who has lost my business for life. I get the meatball sub in a bowl with cheese add chips and a drink. This location is always clean and the staff friendly. However, this is the first location I've experienced a cashier be completely rude. I understand working sucks as I have to do it as well, we all have things going on in our lives, the holidays are hard etc but we just have to find it in us to push through and kind. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars as if it wasn't for her that morning this place is a 5 star place. Thanks
