I went to firehouse for the first time because I'm allergic to gluten and they now offer the gluten free bun. The staff was more than helpful to assist me and they used clean utensils and changed their gloves to make sure there was no cross contamination which I appreciate as most restaurants become frustrated when I mention my allergy. I really appreciate their kindness and the sandwich was great !

They now have a gluten free sandwich bread and it's a tually amazing! They are using A hat brand bread which in my opinion is a long standing best of gf breads. Excellent and glad to see them become a part of a solution! I haven't been able to eat a good sandwich from there in a decade!
