GLUTEN FREE!! I am so glad that Firehouse Subs has a gluten free bread option. I finally had the chance to order it and it was extremely good! You couldn't even tell it was gluten free! (It does look different than their traditional bread however). I ordered the Virginia honey ham (one of my top favorites!) I was extremely impressed by the service at this location. They asked if it was an allergy and I stated yes, they made sure all the other employees knew and everything got wiped down and it was carefully handled. I was so extremely impressed that a "fast food" type chain would go to these types of measures. Thank you Firehouse Subs for the great experience!!
