Sad day! Love Firehouse and the people there have been great. However, our local shop has stopped carrying gluten free rolls. 5 in my family have Celiac disease so GF is a necessity, not a choice. Firehouse had the best GF rolls according to my crew, sucks to see them go! One less place that was an "easy button." This also means no Firehouse for the rest of us (at least in Kingsland), so doubly bad. Will edit review if they ever return. ETA: the GF buns are frequently back! Ordering through the app will reflect availability. My crew is happy.

First time trying Firehouse subs. I got the Italian on a gluten free roll. Delicious! We have one near our home too. Can't wait to try it again!
