The subs can come with a gluten-free bun and when you make it known you must have gluten-free these folks always use new items to prepare your sub! Far too many choices for your delicious sub and always a yummy side pickle!!!!
If only we could by these pickles in bulk!

Again, I have wasted my time driving to Firehose subs only to find out there out of gluten free buns. I would recommend calling ahead or going somewhere else completely.
