Firehouse Subs Lewisville

Staff are not trained/knowledgeable of gluten-free options/procedure. I went in to this location today for dinner bc I saw they have gluten-free bread on their online menu which is an absolute necessity for me. Neither of the 2 staff even knew what Gluten-free was or if they had is as an option. When asked if they had gluten-free bread, one replied "white or wheat" the other said "what's that? What's gluten-free mean" they were polite but I couldn't take the risk so until this gets resolved I'll be taking my sandwich orders elsewhere.
