I
It was the worst experience I ever had at Firehouse Sub! The cashier (Sommer) and the African American woman ( None of the employees had name tags so I don't know their names, I just know the cashier as it says it on the receipt) had been really rude... I had to order it 3x times over to get it corrected. I had to repeat myself over and over that I wanted to please get a smoked brisket sandwich with gluten-free bread and one medium club on sub with white bread. Sommer the cashier was not present with me in the moment of ordering. I have to keep repeating myself over and over because she could not hear me or would not listen to me? I ordered two medium sandwiches, and somehow, one was put on the bill as small? She took the 1st receipt and gave me another one which was supposed to be the correct one. She offered only 2 different kinds of bread, white or wheat... after 10 seconds, I realized that I could order gluten-free bread, so I asked if I could please have a sandwich to be made with gluten-free bread. It was a big ordeal, and I wasted a lot of my time to fix it. On top of that, the African American woman who was dealing with me pointed her finger with a pen in my face, I asked her not to do that. She continued to display no care. After the 2nd time ordering, in the washroom , I checked the receipt to find out that both sandwiches were gluten-free.... So I had to fix it again for the 3rd time. This time, when I returned, the African American woman was very rude... After I tried to inform her that was the incorrect order, she yelled at me, "Now you gotta wait in the line again," She made so uncomfortable and embarrassed by her yelling!
