For health reasons, I have gone gluten free for a few months now, and I really wanting a sandwich. I had tried a gluten free sandwich at another chain. I won’t be doing that again, but Firehouse’s bread was absolutely delicious. It was soft. It tasted like bread instead of crumbly cardboard. It was fresh. It was delicious. I got the veggie sandwich with extra oil and vinegar. Awesome! I am actually going to get another as soon as I am back in the area. Four stars only because it took a while for them to make the sandwich, and I was impatient.
